10 BLU RULES
BLU has always been happy to share its services with our colleagues in the real estate consulting business, with our strategic business partners and 3rd parties. Our aim is to do more business together.
Here are our simple rulesİşte basit kurallarımız:
1. BLU Gayrimenkul, only lists and actively markets the real estates that it holds the Ownership Representation and has been paid for by the Owner of the real estate on www.blugayrimenkul.com
2. BLU Gayrimenkul, only receives payment from its own clients regarding the real estates that it holds the ownership / buyer/ tenant representation and does not share any received payment.
3. Under no circumstances does BLU ask for its consultant colleagues to share their received payments with BLU.
4. It is not an accepted behavior for our consultant colleagues to advertise any real estates on their web sites that are currently being actively marketed by BLU.
5. Our consultant colleagues who have available buyers / tenants may share their portfolio with their clients under the condition that their own payments are made by the buyer/tenants.
6. Our real estate consultant colleagues shall only actively communicate the real estates that they represent with written authorization and will receive the respective payments from their own clients..
7. In cases where our real estate consultant colleagues share a client and/or a property where there is a potential payment problem present the mentioned risk shall be considered their own.
8. BLU Gayrimenkul,does not offer any assistance to its real estate consultant colleagues who encounter problems collecting fees after a Sales / Rental transaction except for legal responsibilities.
9. Real Estate consultant colleagues of ours with special circumstances may be offered alternative payment sharing models under the condition that such transactions shall be subject to written consent.
10. The 10 BLU rules apply to any and all Sales, Rental, Owner/Buyer/Tenant Representation and developer’s services.
